TENANT INFORMATION

· Situation of Properties

The houses are located in one of the most beautiful places in Costa Brava, 3 km from lively Lloret de Mar and 12 km from the romantic fishing village of Tossa de Mar, surrounded by mountains, pine and oak forests in a very quiet location.

The picturesque scenery includes dramatic steep cliffs and small coves with sandy beaches.

The houses are located at a sea level of between 80 and 100 meters. The distance to the beach varies between 200 and 3500 meters.

· Activities

In the centre of Canyelles there is car hire available, a laundry service, restaurant, bar, swimming pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court. There is also a Yacht Club with rental of boat moorings, diving and water ski school, kayaking, sailing and other water sports. At the beach, umbrellas and deck chairs can be rented out. Further activities include horse riding, excursions and several nearby golf courses including Pitch and Putt.

Note that in the off-season, some activities are not offered.

· Check-in

Arrival is between 16.00 and 20.00 hours. Any arrival outside of this period must be by prior notice. We must also be notified of any arrivals between 20.00 and 24.00 hours by phone at least 2 hours in advance and a fee of 20 € will be charged.

Guests are welcomed in the office of Playa Arena, which is located in Canyelles. Check-in and payment will be made in this office. We then accompany you to the property, tell you the exact details of the house and give you the keys.

Directions: AP-7 motorway, exit (sortida) n ° 9 signposted to Lloret de Mar. In Lloret de Mar, go in the direction of Tossa de Mar. After 2.5 km, take the first right hand turn to Canyelles. Continue straight into Canyelles and the office PLAYA ARENA is on the right hand side in the small commercial centre opposite a row of shops/offices.(Ronda Europa 5, 17310 Lloret de Mar, phone +34972364930).

· Check-out

The departure must take place before 10.00am. Please specify the time of departure at least one day before you leave at our office.

A final cleaning of the property must be done so that the property is left in perfect condition, ie. basic cleaning, rinsed and uncluttered dishes, all hired bedding taken off the beds and left folded at the front door, rubbish put in the appropriate bins, etc. If the house is not left in a satisfactory order, it will incur an extra service that will be deducted from the deposit.

· Equipment

The houses are decorated according to the personal taste of the owner. The bedrooms have pillows and blankets. The kitchen has a gas, electric or induction stove, refrigerator and kitchenware. Bathrooms have a bath/shower, hand basin with hot water and toilet. A terrace/balcony has garden furniture. Parking is available as stated. The electricity supply is 220 V. Most homes have a TV. · Rental

The rental price includes, unless otherwise specified, water, electricity, etc., but none of the extras as detailed below. Tenants should bring their own bed linen and towels, alternatively, they can be hired from Playa Arena.

· Extra service (on request)

• Bed linen: 15 € / person
• Towels 5 € / kit
• Cot: 25 € / week
• Extra cleaning hours: 20 € / hour.
• Heating: 20 € / bottle gas or 15 € / day for the central heating.
• Air conditioning - This is only available in some houses and is charged according to the meter at € 0.29 / kWh
• Pets (usually by appointment): 5 € / day
• Wifi 10 € / week.

· Reservation

To reserve any property, please complete the attached form with the data of all occupants. If it is a youth group, a scanned personal document (passport or identity card) must be included.
