This holiday house is located in front of the sea, on the beautiful residential park of Cala Canyelles. This residential area is characterized by its quiet and family atmosphere. This summer house is located near the community center where we find a big swimming pool, restaurant, bar, diving school, bus stop (high season) and the information office.
Beside the house there is a path with direct descent acces to the port and the beach of Canyelles. The acces to the house is using this stairs. This way offers spectacular views.

The House 37-4 is a loft decorated in rustic mediterranean style. This house consists of a cosy living-room with direct access to the terrace. It has big, luminous and large windows with beautiful views to the sea. The dining room has a sofa-bed with the possibility of accommodating a 3rd person (extra cost).

Small and practical kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, kitchen to gas, electric oven, small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker Melitta, kettle and toaster.

From the dining room you get directly onto a large terrace. From the terrace you can see the sea and the beach. It has two sun loungers with cushions and table with chairs. Portable BBQ.
